The menu offers innovative American fare ranging from pretzel-crusted trout and pan-roasted walleye to grilled double-bone pork chops and grilled wild boar tenderloin. This establishment also has a great happy hour everyday from 4 to 6pm, featuring great drink and beer specials, polenta-crusted calamari, an Angus beef burger, and a variety of flatbreads.
Blue Canyon Restaurant and Tavern is the creative culmination of classically trained Chef Brandt Evans along with managing partners Val and Bob Voelker. The first Blue Canyon opened in Twinsburg, Ohio in June 2004, followed by two other restaurants in Montana and Texas.
They offer a Sunday Brunch from 11-2 and Happy Hour every day from 4-6pm. Gluten free options available.
